Wyeast 3068 Weihenstephan Weizen Liquid Yeast

The classic, industry-standard liquid strain for brewing authentic German wheat beers. Wyeast 3068 produces a magnificent, complex balance of spicy clove phenols and sweet banana esters. Fermentation profiles can be adjusted via temperature to tilt the flavor balance toward either banana or clove. This highly flocculent top-fermentation strain is ideal for Hefeweizen, Kristallweizen, Dunkelweizen, and Weizenbock styles.
