If an item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged.

Ingredients and Consumables

Because brewing ingredients are consumable products, items such as grain, hops, yeast, malt extract, cleaners, sanitizers, and other consumables are generally not returnable once shipped.

Equipment and Supplies

Unopened and unused equipment may be eligible for return depending on the item and supplier. Please contact us before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Used, opened, damaged, or altered items may not be eligible for return.

Wrong Item Ordered
