Dog Slaughter Homebrew Supply is an online homebrewing supply store. Some products may ship directly from suppliers, which helps us offer a wider selection of ingredients, equipment, and brewing supplies.
Shipping times can vary depending on the item, supplier, and destination. Many products may ship within a few business days, but larger equipment or supplier-direct items may take longer.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order, shipping location, and available shipping options.
Large or heavy items, such as kettles, fermenters, and brewing systems, may have higher shipping costs.
Order Issues
If something arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos if the item arrived damaged.
Returns
Because brewing ingredients are consumable products, items like grain, hops, yeast, and other ingredients are generally not returnable once shipped.
Unopened and unused equipment may be eligible for return depending on the item and supplier. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Items that have been used, opened, damaged after delivery, or exposed to unsafe storage conditions may not be eligible for return.
Wrong Item Ordered
If you ordered the wrong item, contact us as quickly as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we may be able to help adjust it.
Once an order has shipped, return options may be limited.
Refunds
Refunds, when approved, are usually issued back to the original payment method. Processing time may depend on your bank or payment provider.
