Dog Slaughter Homebrew Supply uses calculated shipping rates at checkout.

Shipping costs are based on the items in your cart, total package weight, shipping destination, and available carrier rates. This allows us to keep product prices as low as possible instead of hiding shipping costs inside inflated product prices.

Because homebrewing supplies can vary widely in weight and size, calculated shipping is the fairest way to price orders. A small packet of yeast, a few ounces of hops, a 5-gallon recipe kit, and a 50-pound sack of grain should not all be treated the same.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability, supplier processing times, and order volume.

Some products may ship directly from a supplier or fulfillment partner. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages or at different times.

Delivery times vary based on carrier, destination, product availability, and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Heavy, oversized, fragile, liquid, bulk, or special-order items may have higher shipping costs because carriers charge more to move them safely.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the package and damaged items. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right when possible.
