Important Notes:

• Sanitize only the caps you plan to use at bottling time

• If wetted caps are saved for later, they may still work as normal caps, but the oxygen absorbing function may be depleted
• Some imported bottles and sparkling wine bottles may require 29 mm caps instead of 26 mm caps
