Easy kettle fining tablets for clearer wort and cleaner-looking beer.
Whirlfloc Tablets are a blend of Irish Moss and purified Kappa carrageenan used in the boil to help precipitate haze-causing materials such as proteins and beta glucans. They dissolve quickly and help form a stronger hot and cold break, making it easier to leave trub behind before fermentation.

General Use:
Add Whirlfloc during the final 5 minutes of the boil. One tablet is commonly used for 10–15 gallons of wort. For many 5 gallon batches, half a tablet is enough.
Beginner Note:
Whirlfloc does not replace good brewing practices, chilling, or sanitation. It simply helps the wort clear by pulling haze-forming material into the trub.
