Lallemand LalBrew Voss Kveik Ale Yeast is a traditional Norwegian farmhouse yeast strain known for fast fermentation, high-temperature tolerance, and very high flocculation. It can ferment across a wide range of temperatures and is especially useful for brewers who want quick turnaround, clean results, and a lightly fruity orange-citrus profile.
