Kolsch Ale is a 5-gallon extract beer ingredient kit inspired by the bright, smooth beer style from Köln, Germany. It is designed to make a light-colored beer with smooth flavor, low bitterness, and a clean finish.

Style notes: Kölsch is a lager/ale hybrid style that benefits from cooler fermentation and patience. Brewmaster recommends fermenting this kit between 58–64°F and cold conditioning for several weeks for the best result.
